Any individual filing income tax returns can apply. Applicants should be above 24 years of age at the time of loan commencement and up to 65 years or less at the time of loan maturity is also there.
For Self employed professionals and Self employed non professionals
- Application form with photograph duly signed.
- Identity, age and residence proof.
- Last 6 months bank statements.
- Last 3 months Salary-slips.
- Processing fee cheque.
- Business profile for self employed non professionals only.
- Education qualification certificate and proof of business existence.
- Last 3 years Income Tax Returns with computation of Income.
- Last 3 years CA Certified / Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
For Salaried employees
- Application form with photograph duly signed
- Residence, identity and age proof.
- Last 6 months bank statements.
- Last 3 months Salary-slips.
- Processing fee cheque.
