Individuals in permanent service in the Government or reputed companies meet our Plot Loan eligibility criteria.Applicants should be above 24 years of age at the time of loan commencement and up to the age of 60 or superannuation, whichever is earlier at the time of loan maturity.
Professionals
Professionals (ie doctors, engineers, dentists, architects, chartered accountants,company secretary, management consultants only) can apply.
Applicants above 24 years of age at the time of loan commencement and up to 65 years or less at the time of loan maturity meet our loan criteria.
Self Employed Individuals
Any individual filing income tax returns can apply.Applicants should be above 24 years of age at the time of loan commencement and up to 65 years or less at the time of loan maturity

- Application form with photograph duly signed.
- Identity, residence and age proof.
- Last 6 months bank statements.
- Last 3 months Salary-slips
- Processing fee cheque.
- Bussiness profile for self employed non professionals only.
- Education qualification certificate and proof of business existence.
- Last 3 years Income Tax Returns with computation of Income.
- Last 3 years CA Certified / Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
For Salaried employees
- Application form with photograph duly signed.
